Hannah Banana has a spectacular aura about
I think I have a food allergy?

Okay so today I was talking at the practice for the play that my church is having. we were eating candy in the kitchen and all of a sudden I got this really weird feeling in my body. I felt warm and I started to cough. I was wondering why and than I realized that I was having trouble breathing. I was coughing but it was just little coughs like not huge ones but it sounded kind of like I was gasping while I was coughing and it sounded like I was weezing. I walked out of the room and I went to get my water. I took a sip and felt better. I noticed when I felt better that my eyes were tearing up. After that the feeling went away.

The weird thing is that this has happened before and it always happens when I'm eating. I'm not sure if anyone noticed but people looked at me weird when I came back in the room.

what could this be:
I know I may have been choking but it didn't feel like there was anything stuck in my throat and it started after I swallowed.I was also hot but not sweaty.
can you have mild anaphalaxis and have it be relieved with water. I can't think of anything else it could be. You don't always need an epipen to fix anaphalaxis do you

drinking something usually relieves my symptoms

I'm 14 years old
