Preparation H alternatives?

Hello, I heard that Preparation H helps to remove water layer from certain areas for a few hours. But I can't find this product anywhere. Is there any medicine which would work exactly like Preparation H?

I don't know what you mean by 'water layer' but Preparation H is for hemorrhoids so just ask a pharmacist for a hemorrhoid medicine. 8-)

You can try "Desitin" which has a zinc oxide diaper rash ointment that's hypoallergenic. Is this for piles? Best check with your pharmacist.
