Which grad school offers the best anthropology of education program?

I'm interested in doing ethnographies of learning, particularly with indigenous peoples in my country and both the public school system and non-formal learning systems catering (or not) to them, hopefully to influence policy. Universities with anthropology programs that rank high on the scale may not necessarily have the best program for my specific needs and interests. Also, although some schools combine anthropology with their education program (e.g. Stanford and Columbia), I think I'd rather an anthropology degree that's more specialized and integrated with education than the other way around.
Relevant and experiential information about Columbia Teacher's College/Stanford/Brunel's Anthropology of Education degree programs would be greatly appreciated!
