what job opportunities would i have with a degree in anthropology or sociology?

i'm having a hard time choosing my major in college. i love studying people and i want to make a change in the world. i like history, and i'm thinking about majoring in sociology or anthropology. the only thing is, i'm not clear on what kind of job opportunities i would have. does anybody know? i'm afraid for my parents and i to spend so much money on school and to graduate with very few good job opportunities. help!
