Which is better US Navy officer or air force officer?

I have a B.S. in Computer Engineering (recently) and thinking of joining the service as a stepping stone in my technical career or if I like the service life maybe I will stay in it for 20yrs. and collect the cool pension.

Air Force is far better for these reasons:

Better air conditioning.
Shorter working hours.
Less "militarism."
More laid back.
Better quarters.
No deployments on ships.

You decide.

Navy is far better than the Air Force for these reasons
1 Tradition
2 broader variety of available jobs
3 Better chance of promotion due to more job opportunities

Oh yeah also the Uniforms for officers are best in the navy those black double breasted suits with the rank on the sleeve are the best in any military here in the US

You Can Join The Air Force And Get In To Any Field You Would Like. And If You Are And Officer You Still Go To College. I Think I Rather Keep Both Of My Feet On The Ground. Easy 20 Years. Air Force

Air Force is better. They are the most difficult service to get into. If you have been in any other service the Air Forces will not take you, however the converses is not true of the other services. The food is better in the Air Force.

The Air Force has gotten the assignment of cyber-security and ensuring the USA is protected from attacks via the internet.

Seems to me someone with a Computer engineering degree would fit in better in that area of service. It is a new area of responsibility and the needs for good personnel are high and promotion opportunities are high.

Also the USAF is in charge of space communications, another area where computer expertise is needed.

The Navy is out of the picture in both areas.
