...what pays more? I plan on being in the military for awhile but i dont want to be thrown in another country every year suggestions? All in all im wondering what i should do with my life in the military such as jobs after i get out and how good military pay is.

All branches pay the same. National Guard is typically not full time though, so you'd only get paid for the days you work. Army would be full time, so you'd be paid for every day, even when you're off.

If you are joining the miliraty for pay then you better move on. Most enlisrted ranck below the rank of E-7 make national poverty level wages. Deployments are usually everyt thre year with the exception of war time.
