Can this get me an Army or Navy ROTC scholarship?

I am a sophmore in high school.I have a 3.02 GPA. With my honor and AP classes its about a 3.5. Im in National Honor Society, Computer intelligence and technology society, I'm ranked in the state for cross country, i also run indoor track and spring track. I do lots of community service. I work a lot during the summer and im currently learning arabic. I'm not good with it yet though, but plan to be in college. I am also coaching a little league basketball team next winter.

You have to apply through the high schools ROTC program. You have to be participating in Army or Navy ROTC to be eligible for the scholarship and you have to continue to participate in the program after going to college to receive teh scholarship.
