Was Clinton out of line with her sniper fire joke on Leno?

I personally don't think she meant any harm, but Gen. Walter Stewart has since called her comments cruel.

I'm not a Hillary supporter, but I personally don't see a real lack of sensitivity. But do you agree with Gen. Stewart in the idea that soliders who've been under real fire will not find it amusing? Do you think if she had said that about Iraq and not Bosnia there would be more of an outrage?
