| What a car dealership that is respected hire me if I'm in the army reserves? I have service advisor and sales consultant experience. Additionally, I have a bachelor's degree. However, would a dealership frown on the fact that I'm in the army reserves due to the slim fact that I could be deployed within the next 6 years? I hope they wouldn't and I know it's against the law. However, would a business owner consider you a liability if you are in the reserves as you could potentially deploy? |

| Honestly thats hard to answere because it involves being a psychic. However would you want to work for anyone that thought twice about you being in the reserves and if it was good for the company or not? If i even overheard anyone in upper management talking about how they have to be carefull around ex military people because of PTSD or how they prefer to not hire reservists i would make such a stink along with leaving the company that day. |
