...becoming/trying to become an Army Ranger? How do i do this, and how do i prepare for it? Also what does ranger training entail and might there be anything else that would be useful to know?

If you really want to be a ranger or green beret, first graduate high school then go talk to people that have done it listen to there experiences. I will tell you its not fun, it takes balls. When you graduate go talk to a recruiter he might say you can become a ranger right after basic that's bullshit even if its in your contract you have to go through infantry school and then airborne school. if you fail one of those you wont even be looked at. To even be considered to ranger school you have to have a high pt score so start running you want to run the 2 mile in about 13 min.. If your sure that's what you want to do go talk to a recruiter and make sure before you sign you get a large bonus at least 15000. don't take anything less.. I know people who did 6 years and didn't get shit. there are plenty of books and links on the Internet check those out. good luck
