INFO: Berta has a Certificate in Military Studies from AMU but also recently
graduated with Honors from American Military University and am also a member
of Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Association.
Berta is an expert in TDIU, PTSD, DIC, Agent Orange, especially (the Nehmer
Decision-NVLSP) , Section 1151 and FTCA , Chapter 35 (survivors VA
educational benefits), and deals with many other types of claims such as
SMC, Voc Rehab.
She has a certificate in Agriculture from PA St. University, Certificate in
Military Studies from American Military University, and a Certificate in
Basic Training Course for Veterans Benefits from the National Veterans Legal
Services Program in Washington DC (NVLSP).
She is a member of many veterans organizations including Gold Star Wives,
VCV ltd (Vietnam Combat Veterans, ltd., and the Marine Corps Association) .

claims and other veterans issues, started by a Gulf War veteran, and she
volunteers with many others there to help any veteran or widow with the VA

Men and women-I am no expert at all regarding suicide-

I DO know what VA SPIN is and the meaning of Shhhh-(Dr. Katz VA in Testimony
San Francisco court case)

Perhaps we can get out some good info to everyone on this important
issue-the hearing yesterday at the H VAC was -in my opinion-the VA at its
lowest-an utter disgraceful lack of insight and proper regard for the needs
of our nation's military and our veterans.

We have to try to get the word out on preventive measures regarding suicidal
veterans-
