should veterans get special treatment for the rest of their lives b/c they

'fought for freedom'? im a war veteran, but i see it as a duty, no special treatment deserved, except with the transition back to civilian. alot of other veterans feel differently. what do you think?
we do get healthcare. and i HAVE gone through 3 tours of duty. i personally think EVERYONE should have to serve.
