Is it too late to join the military in Canada?

I'm a 30yr old guy who still doesn't really know what I want to do with my life. I've been thinking about doing something crazy like joining the Military. I've always been athletic and I think that in a year I could be back in the shape I was 10 years ago. So my question is, is it still possible? Am I too old? Are there specific medical conditions that would prevent them from letting me join? I know these are pretty general questions, but I'm pretty curious about the whole thing and any help from someone with experience would be appreciated. Thanks!
