| army national guard?
I joined the army national guard and I'm in the recruit sustainment program so I go to week end drills once a month until I go to Basic and I have a big problem. I can't do push ups to save my life. I'm in good shape other than that but pushups are the main exercise of the military. My first drill was horrible because I couldn't do them. I've been doing girl push ups every day so I an build up to the real ones, but I don't get any better!!! What is wrong with me. Should I be drinking protein shakes or something?? Please help!!!!
