When in the NAVY, do you get any preference as to where you want to travel or live?

If I joined I would want the time to be minimal...say 2 years, I am a woman (so non-combat), would there be any chance of getting out in two years?

Navy isnt combat anyway...

Say in where you are stationed but not a whole lot, they have a wish list and thats exactly what it is
