How do I get a waiver to join the military with a felony on record?

hanks for you quick responses to my previous question!

The crime was classified as larceny (theft)

Well I got my G.E.D after I was charged and have never failed a drug test so that should help me a bit.

I just need to know how do I get the waiver? I live in Oklahoma (USA) and the crime where I was charged at is in a different state (Missouri). Who should I call/Where should I go?
