| Can a dependent Recieve CA. COLLEGE FEE WAIVER PROGRAM FOR VETERANS DEPENDENTS... ...and Chapter 35?? Can she qualify for both? Under Plan A it says the she cannot receive both, but under Plan B it does not say that. Also I am a veteran who qualifies for the GI bill, but my dad is a disabled veteran, can I use the College Fee Waiver( I qualify under Plan B) AND the GI Bill?? Thanks!!      |
