Thumbs up Chapter61 Disabled Retirees HR 2943 - The BRAVE Act

HR 2943 - The BRAVE Act The BRAVE ActAllows Social Security to Accept 100% VA Disability Ratings Please send the following message to your US Representative --
As a retired military career veteran with service connected disability and your voting constituent, I urge your cosponsorship and active support of HR 2943, the BRAVE Act (Benefit Rating Acceleration for Veteran Entitlements Act of 2007), introduced by Representative John Sarbanes.
Among other provisions, the BRAVE Act would authorize the Social Security Administration to accept, without further review, 100% disability determinations by the Department of Veterans Affairs, thus eliminating further delays caused by redundant administrative processing by the Social Security Administration.
Please advise me of your intentions.
