| Special forces workout? My new personal trainer is former SF and a straight up bad a s s. I am in great shape and have been working out for a while now and out of all the trainers I've had, he has designed the most intense workout for sure. I'm just curious if anyone else knows what these SF guys do regularly for a workout? I would ask him but he seems strictly business and doesn't really allow for small talk during our sessions. Burch, you think I should grow a pair?? I'm a girl and I'd like to keep it that way, thanks.      |
