ok so i heard this rumore about the NAVY....?

In one of my classes this morning my professor was talking about the Navy, and you know how when you join a frat or gangs or what ever you have to do something before your "in" so i heard that the Navy guys have to give oral sex to the higher ranking people and that on the ships guys do it all the time to eachotehr cause they are so desperate?!? is this true?

and he said there was a certain word for it where you can research online but i forgot the word.

has anybody else heard of something like this or is my teacher crazy....

he also said anybody in the Navy will deny it, but his step dad was in the navy and he finally got it out of him that yes it happens all the time and its kept on the down low...
