Air Force Recruiter? Anyone out there?

Okay my husband is currently in Iraq and is active duty army. His re-enlistment is coming up soon, but he wants to re-enlist into the Air Force. There was some talk going around his troop that they are not letting any prior military go into the Air Force. He is serious about this so if anyone can give me some info on this I would really appreciate that.

He does understand that he will have to change his job or go to more training, thats not his problem. And plus he dont know who to talk to, so Im helping him out.
