Dear Military Health System Components and Partners,

Back by overwhelming demand is another story by Army Staff Sgt. Matthew
Sims who found a hero in a most inauspicious place. I genuinely want
your input on how to provide the best care for our wounded warriors. See
the front page of the Military Health System Website at www.mhs.osd.mil
and view our current debate topic, as well as Staff Sgt. Sims' message
titled "A Wounded Warrior's Story."

In addition, don't forget to see TRICARE Deputy Director Maj. Gen. Elder
Granger's blog today on autism and autism spectrum disorders. Knowing
Gen. Granger as I do, he wants to hear your feedback on this issue. View
the following link for his blog entry, http://mhs.osd.mil/mhsblog.jsp.

Thank you,

S. Ward Casscells, MD
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs
