What makes up the Galaxy blends like shooting star?

Anyone know what exactly is in the galaxy smoking blends (such as Gold Spicer and Shooting Star and why they really are making people high? I've been skeptic but actually felt stoned from these legal products. I know you military people know what I'm talking about.
