Not sure what to think of it, The movement is wierd, I don't understand why they were all moving in the the same direction or was it just the camera moving. The quality is just not good enough. Do you maybe have a different link that looks better?

the "red lights over Phoenix" were flares tied to helium balloons...

some lights were also seen over Florida...they were "sky lanterns" released at a wedding...notice how these are white instead of red...they are definitely not from the same source and, although I admit the timing is pretty coincidental, they are not related

having said that, i must add that it would be naive to say that we are the only life form in this vast universe, which stretches on infinitely in every direction...it very well could be that another human-like species has been around since long before our existence, and has advanced to a point where they could travel through the universe...just look at how technologically advanced we've become in just the last 50 years...
