pigeons. Who can I ask to remove them The landlord has repaired leaky roof but the dead birds are still there. What do environmental health do. I am in UK

it's probably the landlord's responsibility. Or there's a chance it's the freeholder's responsibility but it's up to the landlord to notify the freeholder.
either way, notify env. health if nothing gets done fast.

They are a health hazard - ask what your Landlord is going to do about the problem. If you get no response contact Environemental Health who will take up the matter on your behalf.

Initially it is the Landlords responsibility, but I would go beyond them and call in Environmental Health!

The landlord will have to arrange for them to be removed. If they stay there, you will get a bad fly problem!! Especially with summer approaching. The roof space as in the attic? If so, call him now before the flys are everywhere!

It's your landlords responsibility to remove them if not call environmental health they should be able to help. Try the RSPCA and ask if they'll remove them for you.
