My pregnant wife left me and is lost and confused should I give her space?

Me and my wife have been married for 4 months and she left me saying she is lost and confused and she doesnt know who she is anymore! She is 5 months pregnant. She went to Oregon to stay with her mom I live in Las Vegas. She is only up in Oregon for 4 days now and she tells me she has a job already and she found a college that will pay for her education, all this in 4 days? then she tells me to have fun im 24 I should live my life and find a girl that will treat me better than she did. She just wants me to be happy. When in reality im only happy with her. Do you think I should give her space to get herself together and will that bring her back? I know we never know what the future holds but is that the best thing to do for someone confused and lost thats pregnant? I want to be a father and take on the responsibility but its like she wont let me.
