if a galaxy has a radical velocity of 2000 km/s and the hubble constant is 70...

...km/s/Mpc, how far away..? is the galaxy?

It's velocity would be 70 km/sec if it was one Mpc away. So 2000 divided by 70 is 28.57. That's how many Mpc it is.

(It's "radial," not "radical.")
