spaced out..brain foggy feeling?

sometimes, particularly after a day when i've been bored at work i feel quite spaced out and like my brain won't work properly. i don't feel mentally agile as it were. does anyone else get this or know what it is...? thanks..

I get that a lot... like my brain is running through mud!.... Foggy is the best way to describe it... I also don't seem to focus.. however.. after a sleep or coffee.. I'm fine...

I'm not joking. I'm completely serious. Did you hit your head on something, because my friend hit her head and had the same symptoms. So you should go to the doctor.

I get that feeling all the time, along with momentary dizziness, and I just get this weird foggy feeling all over.
If you ever find out what it is, let me know!

Do you exercise? it could be you body needs circulating. Make sure you are breathing deepliy & get your blood sugar level checked. If you can take a walk or move around every hour make sure you do that.

I have been feeling the same way lately. I've started exercising more and eating right and it has helped a great deal. Get your the blood flowing to your brain!
