Lol not to mention our galaxy is also flying super fast since we are still in the after math of the big bang.... This won't answer your questions but technically we are traveling in different directions at the same time. |

Speed of the Sun, and consequently the whole solar system, as it spins around the Milky Way is about 225 km/s. The speed of the whole galaxy is difficult, since you need a reference point, compared to the Andromeda Galaxy, we are heading towards it, compared to other galaxies we are moving away, all at different speeds. |
