I don't think it is known what speed the Milky Way is traveling through the universe as other galaxies are moving in different directions due to gravity and the universe is still expanding.

Speed of the Sun, and consequently the whole solar system, as it spins around the Milky Way is about 225 km/s.

The speed of the whole galaxy is difficult, since you need a reference point, compared to the Andromeda Galaxy, we are heading towards it, compared to other galaxies we are moving away, all at different speeds.
