By definition UFOs exist.
UFO means Unidentified Flying Object - so anything in the sky which we don't recognise is a UFO. It's probably not an alien space ship though.
The odds are that there is life on other planets, just by the sheer size of the universe. But if that's the case - why aren't they here? This is a question known as the Fermi Paradox. Because the universe contains so many planets, it must contain numerous intelligent species, so one of them must be technically advanced and curious enough to want to visit us... so why haven't they?
