I can't tell you the answer - but I do know that you shouldn't just ask the police (or for that matter customs) as they won't know either - why would a man who's job it is to make sure football crowds are secure have a detailed knowlage about import/export law?If it's really important to you to bring it - get some proper legal advice (i.e from someone with letters after their name - not a random stranger on the web). If not, it;'ll be a hassle - just leave it.
