She wants space - should I face facts and let her go?

Hi there.
I have searched a few other threads and the resounding answer seems to be "it's over". And that may well be the case.. but i'll give you the brief version of the situation:

Been seeing each other for about 4 months, was all going quite well, but we would often argue about the silliest things. She had recently come out of a long relationship. Recently, she fell pregnant and after deliberation, we decided it best not to keep it - actually her idea (which im cool with). Since this episode however (about 3 weeks ago), our time together has been a mixture of bliss and hell: incredibly close one minute, then hating each other the next. Up until last weekend she would frequently talk about 'our future' which seemed encouraging. But we have gradually grown more distant over this last week and she has says she needs space to "sort things out". I have every intention of giving it to her, and can imagine with an unwanted pregnancy, she has much to deal with. Is it over?
