If you were a high school biology teacher what kind of experiments would you do?

Try to think of some a teacher could actually do.

In my hs biology class, I remember we dissected a lot of animals. We watched fish eggs hatch under the microscope (which was sooo cool), we went around to collect germs from things like the table top and the bottom of shoes, etc.
