Please help, BIology question?10 points?

I need some help on homework, it's worry a good deal of points that I need.
Please answer the question:
Transcription proceeds when RNA polymerase,
1. attaches to ribosomes
2.binds to a strand of DNA
3.binds to a strand of RNA
4.attaches to a promoter molecule
