Fred B has a spectacular aura about
I took a quiz in honors biology and I wanto know if I got the question right?

True or False the atmosphere of early Earth was made up of Ammonia, oxygen, carbon, and methane.

I wrote that this was true but many people in my class marked this as false because they said there was no oxygen that far back on early Earth but my text book said there was very little oxygen so I thought there was sill some amount so I marked true was I or my classmates correct on this problem?

Thanks.
right after the big bang*

According to a bit of research on the web, oxygen didn't show up until later...

(research...it's a good thing)

false...it's Carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen, and a small fraction of other elements. but hat's depending on how early it was...you may be right if you are talking about right after the big bang...but you would need to be more specific.
