What UC's are best to major in Biology to become a doctor? - any biology...

...majors out there that can answer? I am a high school junior and will soon be applying to UC's...I would like to major in Biology and would want to know what classes to take early on.

Berkeley
Davis

a couple of my friends are in bio and these schools are best for ph.d. and so forth. good luck!

UC Berkeley's MCB program is good, I'm a student. 60% of the pre-meds there get accepted to at least 1 medical school. It is very competitive however and you may not have much of a life outside of school.

I would think UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UCSB would all be good for pre-med. Although the obvious best place in California would be STANFORD, by far.
