Is the relationship between body weight and blood alcohol concentration direct or inverse? Why do you think body weight would affect blood alcohol concentration?

Body weight and BAC are directly related. Simply put, bigger person more blood. There are different relationships between muscle weight and fat weight. People with higher muscle weight tend to process the alcohol faster than people with more fat weight, meaning that people with more muscle have a lower BAC. People with higher body weight tend to have larger processing organs like the kidneys.

On another note, women get a higher BAC with less alcohol than do males. Hope this helped.
