Good at Biology? Career?

umm well... I get the best grades possible in Standard Grade Biology.. and i was wondering what possible careers would be possible for me if i continued taking Biology since it seems like my strongest point.. I've been told more than once by different people that they can imagine me as a good doctor but personally i dislike all the needles and jags... is there still the possibility that i could be one? At the moment i'm unsure what i'd like to work us or even what department at least so i'm open to quite a lot of options... if you want any extra information that'll help you answer my question then feel free to ask =] Thanks in advance
umm Dentists give jags to sometimes.. i know what you mean but im just really bad with doctor stuff.. its stupid but i can't even swallow pills?! maybe im giving too much info.. im not sure but really i need to know what im wanting and aiming for as a career or job.. maybe not straight away but still.. i like having goals etc.

you are able to go into ANY medical field with biology (with additional necessary schooling) there are plenty of doctors that don't require the use of needles (dentists.. etc)
