Assuming independent inheritance, you need to make a diagram of the possible allele combination, and how they would mix in the F1 generation.

Hint: The number 640 is given to make your math simpler; for each parent there are four possible combinations (AR, Ar, aR, ar), so there are (4 X 4 =) 16 possible genetic outcomes. With random distribution, there are 40 offspring of each possible genotype. Some genotypes, and more phenotypes, will be redundant.

If 640 seeds resulting from the tomato cross are collected and planted how many would you expect to have

purple stems and yellow fruit?
green stems and yellow fruit?
green stems and red fruit?
