I need some ideas to make Biology easier to understand and remember?

I'm trying to help one of my classmates understand bio, but I need some studying tricks that may help me make it as interesting for them as I find it. Anything will help she seems to be mostly a visual learner, and seems to kind of blank out on test.

Sometimes biology is hard to study but one of my tips is to guess what could be the teachers questions and make up questions to which you can answer or meet some classmates and
1- you make teams ( if you want to)
2- make questions
3- ask the. Questions to the other people and ask them to do the same for you
