Andrew has a spectacular aura about
biology help?

1. In what ways are photosynthesis and respiration opposite processes from one another?

2. How are cellular respiration and burning similar? How are they different?

3. Describe the structure of ATP.

4. Explain how ATP-ase function in both the hydrolysis and synthesis of ATP.

5. Describe oxidation. What does it have to do with oxygen?

thanks to all that answers

Kate has a spectacular aura about
Im just learning this in school, but I will do my best to help on a few.

1. Photosynthesis is carried out by organisms with chloroplasts. It uses the sun energy for their energy. During respiration, the cell burns energy from ITSELF.

2.Cellular respiration is the burning of ATP to give energy for cell activities.

3. ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is made out of 1 adenosine and three phosphates.

4. This one a worded a bit toughly, but I think the answer has something to do with:

Hydrolysis is the burning of one of the phosphates in ATP to produce ADP.

In the synthesis of ATP, glucose is burned to give the ADP another phosphate to produce ATP again.
