| A level biology question?
Labelled antibodies and an electron microscope can be used to produce images locating proteins on the surface if organelles, but cannot be used to observe cross bridge cycling in muscle cells. Why is this?

OMG, i do As biology and i don't know what your talking about! maybe because the bridge cycling are small than the protines and the resolution too small??? |
