| Biology question?
how is pheromone useful in: a- reducing the use of insecticides in crop farming? b- the association of biological control of insect pest in glass house?      |

You can use a pheromone to attract or confuse the males. They can all be trapped or they will be unable to find females. Pheromones could be used to control ants by making it impossible for them to find their way back to the nest. I don't really get the glass house reference?
