Can I Get Into Biology Graduate Programs With a Bachelor's In Mathematics?

I'm in the Army on active duty right now but my dream is to be involved with evolutionary biology in some way. I wish I could get a degree in biology and then pursue some graduate degree in the same field but I'm unable to take courses during the daytime because of my schedule - and most upper level biology courses, and biology lab courses are held during the daytime. Mostly I can only take night courses unfortunately.

I could pursue a degree in Mathematics however. Still, I'd only want to go this route if it would help me get into a Biology graduate program. I really need some help here. Is mathematics the way to go, or some other route? I mean, I could major in biology but it would likely take several years longer to get the degree given my schedule with the Army.

Any suggestions.

Usually, you can get into grad school, but you might have to take some remediation classes if you got a Math degree. Also, I would check with some grad school program directors and just email them and ask if a Math degree would be a hindrance.

You can enter a Graduate program as long as you have a Bachelor's degree in any field. You will probably have to take remedial class in the beginning before you can go right into the Biology class. Talk to a Graduate counselor and see what you options are being that you can only take night class.

You said that you are in the Army, doesn't the Army help you with your education and can't you take class in the Army to help you out? Or am I just wrong about that?
