i'm not really sure with my answer..but i'm sure that NADP+ is a part of the Electron Transport Cycle--a part of the metabolic pathway of cellular respiration.. NADPH is the reduced form of NADP+.the oxidizing agent, probably is the acetic acid NADPH-is the one that reacts to reduce Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP+).. i'm just not sure if it is the strongest reducing agent
