Marine Biology, a good path?

I have been interested in fish and just about everything about the water since I was a little kid. I was wondering what kind of classes I should take in highschool.
Where could I find an internship/summer programs/anything to help me along with the career path (If it helps I live near Jacksonville, FL)
Im in Highschool, going to be a junior this year. I have some advanced classes and am making A's and B's (mostly A's)
