Should I take normal Biology or AP Biology in SOPH year?

The classes that I am planning to PERMANENTLY take for the 3 next years in HS are:
1. ENGLISH
2. MATH
3. HISTORY
4. SCIENCE
5. SPANISH

Now, heres the problem: I want ALL AP SCI classes for the next 3 years but AP classes take 2 whole periods, and I can't have a 7th period.

There is a requirement for 2 years of PE, and I already took one year. I have 3 years left to complete 1 year of PE, but my schedule is FULL. I don't plan to take my SPANISH elective out since I want all 4 years of SPANISH. This means that out of 1 of the 3 years, I would have to take PE = no AP SCI (2 periods) for that year since my school won't allow us to have 7 periods; I want all 3 years of AP SCI classes though.
I don't know if I should choose to take AP BIO soph -> PE Junior = Normal chemistry or physics OR I should take normal BIO for soph year + get PE over with, then take AP classes for the last two years?

Sorry it's a bit confusing. Please help. >< I just wanted to see what others thought.
