Which AP CLASSES are HARDER: AP Biology, AP Chemistry, or AP Physics?

I am currently a freshmen --> sophmore next year.
I am suppose to choose my courses for next year starting next week and I don't really know what I should pick.
I'm wondering if AP Bio would be very hard since many people say it is.
My current science teacher, who teachers INT. SCI says he recommends me for AP Bio, even though I have never took Bio before.

I heard AP Physics works with a lot of math, and AP Biology works with a lot of complicated words and a lot of remembering.

They tell me AP Chem works with a lot or numbers, formulas, and elements + substances. But some say, it is easier than Bio.

Which class is truly hard?

Please give me an opinion.
My choice of class will not be based on people's opinions on here; I was just wondering about people's opinions.
