Breaking Dawn, book 4 in the Twilight Series....?

So, of course, I'm insanely excited for this book to come out. But I read somewhere, and I just absolutely cannot remember where I read this, but it said something about Stephenie Meyer changing the narrator of the book. As in, it wouldn't be Bella telling the story, it would be someone else.

Has anyone else read this, and if so, do you know if that's true or not?

I surely hope that this isn't true. That'd be a big disappointment.
Note:

I am aware that she is also writing Midnight Sun, which is the first book, from Edward's point-of-view. This isn't what I'm talking about... just to let everyone know.

Nope, Bella still tells the story, people just got confused because Jake had the last chapt of Eclipse.
And yeah, MS is Edwards.
Though this is the last book with Bella's POV.
