Do Christians think the Bible is the tell-all book of life?

When SOME Christians are asked questions they can't answer, they tell you something to the effect of, "it's God's will...". Why then do they not apply that same reasoning to religion and spirituality on the whole. I will admit that no matter what you believe, there are some questions about existence that we just can't answer yet some religious people act as though the Bible is the only resource for humans to live by and be spiritually connected to God. God only gave us the blueprint in one form? What happens to someone who lives in a village in a 3rd world country who has never seen a Bible or heard of Jesus, Christianity and the like? Do they get a pass? Shouldn't God/Jesus make his message available to all peoples of the world to give them a chance to make an educated decision on their salvation?
